Chibi Chibi first appears in Sailormoon Stars. Evil was brewing within the universe again. Sailor senshi Galaxia sensed her own will being turned against all things good, so she forced out her starseed in hope that it could somehow preserve the peace. The starseed was sent off into the Milky Way and developed into Chibi Chibi.

Upon arriving on earth, she found a new home with Usagi, posing as her sister, just as Chibi Usa did. Her gorgeous temperment earned her admiration within the group. It wasn't until the final battle that they realised her origin. By that time, Chibi Chibi had developed her own sense of purpose and sacrificed herself to save the universe.
